Seattle-based Noble House Hotels & Resorts will take over management of Sole on the Ocean, a boutique beachfront hotel located north of Miami Beach in Sunny Isles.
“Not only is tourism in Sunny Isles growing incredibly fast, but its location in between Miami and Fort Lauderdale makes it an ideal yet convenient escape for travelers,” said Pat Colee, Noble House founder and chairman of the board.
Sole on the Ocean will add to Noble House’s existing portfolio of luxury properties in South Florida, including LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, Ocean Key Resort & Spa, Pelican Grand Beach Resort and Banyan Cay Resort & Golf.
“Sole on the Ocean has been a go-to beach destination for both travelers and locals in Sunny Isles Beach since its opening in 2009,” said Jake Donoghue, CEO of Noble House Hotels and Resorts. “We’re confident that we can take the property’s success to new heights, utilizing its many amenities while offering exciting new programming and upcoming renovations.”
Under Noble House Hotels & Resorts management, Sole on the Ocean will continue working with Stephane Dupoux of Dupoux Design, who designed the hotel’s ultra-contemporary interiors, featuring serene colors and lighting. Each room features a private terrace with glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows with water views of either the Atlantic Ocean or Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway.
The property also includes 147 one-and-two bedroom condominium apartments offering ocean, water and city views that Noble House Hotels & Resorts will oversee.
